ATTENTION - WE ARE CURRENTLY ONLY PURCHASING SMALL ITEMS and OR OUTDOOR FURNITURE!

1. Option 1 is (Direct Sale) – Once we’ve discussed the details of your item we will let you know how much we would pay for it depending on it’s condition and quality. You will receive payment at time of pick up.
2. Option 2 ( consignment ) - Once we’ve discussed the details of your item you can let us know how much you’d like to get for it. Once we’ve agreed on a price, we will list the item and you will receive payment once item is sold. There will be a 10% fee deducted from the total sale for the administrative fees. We reserve the right to list the item for a higher amount and pay you the amount agreed on not the amount sold for. If the item sells for more than 11% above your requested list amount the administrative 10% fee will be waived.

• Step 1 – Simply email us and we’ll respond within 24-48 Hours
• Step 2 – We will schedule a time and date that best works with your schedule to inspect and pick up your pieces. 
• Step 3 – We will fully clean and disinfect your items once in our Warehouse
• Step 4 – We will list your items for sale
• Step 5 – If you have chosen consignment you will receive payment within 14 days sale. (Customers have 7 days to return items, if item is not returned payment will be sent to you in previously agreed form of payment 8-14 days after sale)

Each item is thoroughly inspected for damage, functionality, authenticity and quality. Once inspected, we fully clean and disinfect each item prior to listing.
